Who we're looking for:
Availability to work on-site in Torreón (MUST).
Native or bilingual English proficiency (MUST).
Some customer service experience (call center not required).
Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
Comfortable with digital tools and learning new systems.
Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Organized and capable of multitasking.
Goal- and policy-oriented.
Your daily responsibilities:
Being the first point of contact between American customers and the company, helping them with online purchases.
Assisting with questions, concerns, or complaints via phone or digital platforms.
Recording customer data efficiently during the call.
Following up on orders or services when needed.
Maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
Following company policies to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Meeting performance goals in terms of call volume and resolution times.
