Working alongside a senior UX/UI designer contributing to the overall success of the user experience for our B2B eCommerce platform. This position involves conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver an intuitive and efficient digital experience for our business customers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the senior designer in various aspects of the design process, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
• Take ownership of specific design tasks or components within a project. This could include creating wireframes, designing specific user interface elements, or conducting usability testing with guidance from the senior designer.
• Contribute to the iterative design process by incorporating feedback from design critiques, usability testing, and stakeholder reviews, collaborating across departments.
• Support in the creation of design documentation, such as user flows, personas, and design specifications as well as reporting and testing scripts.
• Assist in user research activities, such as conducting interviews, surveys, or usability tests
• Contribute to the development of UI components and the team's UI library.
• Ensure a seamless transition from development to the real environment through pre-launch testing.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, proposing innovative UI/UX solutions for new features.
• Embrace the SCRUM Agile methodology for adaptable and responsive design practices.
• Monitor and ensure the correct performance of tools such as Hotjar, Zoovu, Wiser, Marketo, among others to enhance the experience of the users.
• Report and monitor the success of the enhancements.

Required Skills:

• Advanced English.
• Understand fundamental visual and interaction design principles.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and information architecture.
• Proficient in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Experience with user research methodologies like usability testing, market research, benchmarking, web analytics, session records, user maps, etc.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for effective teamwork.
• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and eCommerce concepts and best practices.
