As a Strategic Partnership Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing partnerships with law organizations in various countries. You will leverage your sales and marketing expertise to pitch the benefits of partnering with Virtual Staffing Careers and drive adoption of our referral bonus program among our partner network.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify law organizations across different countries, focusing on firms that align with our target markets and client demographics.
• Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns to engage with key decision-makers at target law organizations, effectively communicating the value proposition of partnering with Virtual Staffing Careers.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective partners, conducting meetings, presentations, and negotiations to showcase the benefits of collaboration and address any concerns or objections.
• Lead the negotiation and finalization of partnership agreements with law organizations, ensuring that all terms and conditions are mutually beneficial and aligned with our strategic objectives.
• Drive awareness and adoption of our referral bonus program and developing marketing materials, training resources, and incentive programs to encourage participation and engagement.
• Implement systems and processes to track and measure the effectiveness of partnership initiatives and referral bonus programs, analyzing key metrics and feedback to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making and enhance our partnership efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with a track record of successfully closing partnerships and driving revenue growth.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence decision-makers at all levels.
• Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach and a passion for exceeding targets and driving business outcomes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge of the legal industry, particularly in the visa and immigration sector, is a plus.
• Open to working on Pacific Standard Time (Graveyard shift in the Philippines).
• Own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above & Microsoft Office) with an internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
