- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and in-person visits.
- Present and promote products or services to current and potential clients.
- Address client inquiries and provide solutions or alternatives as needed.
- Negotiate sales terms and close business deals.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Key Account Management, Production, and Design.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Event Management, or Hospitality.
- Over 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B and B2C environment.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of computer tools such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Availability to travel as needed.
- Must have an extensive network of contacts across various industries.
Sales Targets and Contract Terms:
- Annual sales budget: $20,000,000 MXN.
- Sales target for the first 3 months: at least $3,000,000 MXN.
