The Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant to join our partner's remote team. If you enjoy client interaction, are tech-savvy, and have solid experience in accounting across various industries, this is your chance to thrive in an international setting.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain monthly financial statements
Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts
Perform financial analysis and prepare client deliverables
Communicate with clients about bookkeeping, payroll, and tax matters
Meet regularly with clients to provide strategic support
Support the onboarding of new clients
Explore and implement new technologies to improve firm operations
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and services
Represent the firm and help grow its network and client base

What We're Looking For

3–5 years of accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
Strong client service mindset
Curiosity, initiative, and a proactive “can-do” attitude
Receptive to feedback and committed to professional growth
Excellent verbal and written communication
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively
Willing to limit time off during tax season (January 15 – April 15)
Able to conduct accounting research when needed
