Huawei offers an opportunity for fresh graduates, we are looking for a motivated candidate to join us as: Customer Support Engineer.

Location: El Marqués, Querétaro.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Handling customer service requests related to Huawei platforms.

•Identify risk and provide quick response to reported incidents.

•Lead customer communication, support with technical guidance for product features and optimal configuration to guarantee the correct operation of the Software's and platform that manage different Networks.

•Use trouble ticketing system for tracking customer interactions and fault analysis. 

REQUIREMENTS:

•Graduated from Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications or a related major between 2023 - 2025.

•Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating system functions, logical structure and command line usage.

•Telecommunications general knowledge (OSI Model).

•System administrator experience with maintenance, configuration, software installation, and hardware resource management.
