Job Summary:

Sharecare is searching for a Data Analyst with a strong technical background and passion for

diving into data analysis and support other team members. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help drive strategic decision-

making and optimize business performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to

deliver actionable insights and improve our data-driven culture.

Essential Functions:

• Work on data processing and analysis to improve the efficacy of marketing strategies on
• Sharecare's life sciences division
• Collaborate with business leaders, marketing analysts, data scientists, and product
• managers to understand data needs and develop data solutions
• Contribute to the design and implementation of internal process improvements:
• automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, and data visualization.
• Interface with other technology teams to extract, transform, and load data from a wide
• variety of data sources
• Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets from various sources
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key metrics
• Support data scientists in applying ML and statistical models to data sets
• Automate repetitive tasks and optimize data workflows.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science,
• Economics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of programming experience in Python, SQL, and Unix/Linux scripting
• 1-2 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role
• Experience writing complex SQL queries to manipulate and extract thousands of rows of
• data
• Ability to quickly understand complex products and translate to clear, actionable
• specifications for product improvement
• Strong communications and documentation skill
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Google Cloud Platform or AWS technologies
• Proficiency with modern source control systems, especially Git
• Experience in marketing analytics and/or digital media
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry
