GM Financial International Operations conducts business in Latin America and China. International Operations offers a wide range of wholesale and retail automotive financing products to dealers and their customers. The strength of the international business lies in its ability to tailor its products to meet unique dealer needs, consumer preferences and national requirements in local markets. Latin American country operations include Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.

The Insurance data analyst is responsible for supporting the insurance supervisor with the pricing analysis, insurance performance in terms of loss ratio, competitiveness and conciliation process. Also, support all the administration of the data of the different insurance products that are commercialized during the life cycle of insurance.

What you will be doing

• Support the performance of GAP and Extended Warranty programs: Benchmark, campaigns, quotations, follow up agreements and KPI's.
• Support the dealership network, GMF field team, other GMF departments and Insurance Companies in different requirements and reports, for the achievement of the objectives.
• Support conciliation processes for the insurance products.
• Support the creation of commercial materials and newsletters about the insurance products.

What you need.

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Actuarial or related is required.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English
• At least 1 year of experience in vendor administration and data analysis (insurance related preferred)
• Teamwork and collaborative attitude.
• Data Analysis and constant follow-up skills.
• Detail Oriented.
• Highly responsible and proactive attitude.
• Customer focused approach.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Skills and other data base management tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and/or others.
