JOB SUMMARY

Nefab is growing, and we are growing fast! As an IT support technician, you will be part of a growing team and you will mainly work as first-line support and dispatcher within the internal servicedesk. You will be responsible for supporting employees globally and you will work closely with your colleagues to resolve issues relating to the IT infrastructure.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

?The IT Support technician is expected to:

• Create and dispatch incoming tickets in the Global Servicedesk
• Act as 1st line support for IT, Network and Security issues mainly i.e. answering and resolving issues within these areas
• Escalate issues to 2nd and 3rd line support and work together with them to resolve tickets. This includes contact with both internal department and external suppliers.
• Troubleshoot hard- and software related issues
• Administration/Support of Microsoft 365 environment and related systems
• Act on Security alerts
• Contribute to the team's growth and efficiency in our internal servicedesk
• Enhance the general IT-knowledge within Nefab Group by performing webinars, information letters, documentation, etc.
• Proactively suggest improvements to the support processes and the IT-environment in general.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Proven work experience within a service desk, primarily support related to the Microsoft platform (Active Directory, O365, etc.)
• ?2-5 years of relevant working experience from a similar role
• Experience of working in Azure and Microsoft Active Directory
• IT Security and compliance is a big plus
• Good knowledge of Windows
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration and support.
• Good knowledge od Freshservice is a plus
• Fluent in English, both written and verbally
