Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated colleague to join to our team as a Trade Assistant/Administrative Assistant.

For this position, we are looking for someone who:

• Is experienced in working independently and with a high level of trust and integrity;
• Has a an independent and flexible work attitude
• Is a true team player with a problem-solving mindset.
• Has the ability to use common sense and takes initiative.

The main responsibilities are:

• Invoice to customers.
• Pay Vendors (marketing vendors, freight vendors, prepayments, etc)
• Set up vendors.
• Entering contracts
• Customer service
• Account reconciliation
• Accruals

In this role we require:

• 4 year bachelor's degree
• Excel level advanced
• English advanced (listening, writing and speaking)
• Valid VISA (mandatory)
