We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated colleague to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator

For this position, we are looking for someone who:

The main responsibilities are:
- Execution of rail operations, documentary instructions, import permits, phytosanitary requirements, review of foreign trade documents for both direct and “marketing” operations
- Prepare and follow up on import transactions railway operations, as well as domestic ground transportation transactions, through proper planning, execution, and communication with all parties involved
- Communication and interaction with offices outside of Mexico for the execution of foreign trade operations, particularly rail operations.
- Contact and follow-up with clients and suppliers, both internal and external
- Contact and coordination of logistics and customs services
- Execute foreign trade administration activities, processes related to administrative areas (accounting, finance, trading) both with local and global offices.
- TTS System Administration
- Manage digital files of each operation.
In this role we require:
- A Bachelor degree in International Business , International Trade or related experience in administrative areas (mandatory);
- Fluency in English (mandatory spoken and written);
- Very good communication skills;
- Kind and easy going personality
- Experiences in Agribusiness is a plus
