For this position, we are looking for someone who:

The main responsibilities are:

• Execution of rail operations, documentary instructions, import permits, phytosanitary requirements, review of foreign trade documents for both direct and “marketing” operations
• Prepare and follow up on import transactions railway operations, as well as domestic ground transportation transactions, through proper planning, execution, and communication with all parties involved
• Communication and interaction with offices outside of Mexico for the execution of foreign trade operations, particularly rail operations.
• Contact and follow-up with clients and suppliers, both internal and external
• Contact and coordination of logistics and customs services
• Execute foreign trade administration activities, processes related to administrative areas (accounting, finance, trading) both with local and global offices.
• TTS System Administration
• Manage digital files of each operation.

In this role we require:

• A Bachelor degree in International Business , International Trade or related experience in administrative areas (mandatory);
• Fluency in English (mandatory spoken and written);
• Very good communication skills;
• Kind and easy going personality
• Experiences in Agribusiness is a plus
