Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Clearly understand performance expectations in terms of technical services and support.
• Participate in training programs to enhance technical and application skills.
• Support the RI implementation team in activities related with Implementations projects, information process among others.
• Assist in providing technical direction and support to Application and Testing teams.
• Interface with the Project Manager, Technical leader, Customer & Applications team and provide reports to Service Management, as requested.
• Meet or exceed performance expectations in the deliverables and support required.
• Keep PHILIPS RI services information database updated
• Adhere RI Project Delivery methodology
• Willingness to work within hospitals if necessary. However, most of the work will be remote

Required Skills

• Student in Systems Engineer, Computer Science, or Communications and Electronics
• knowledge with computer technologies
• excellent written and verbal skills.
• Must be self-motivated, able to work in a fast paced environment, goal oriented
• Verbal and written english.

Desirable:

• Knowledge in: Networking, Windows Server, SQL, Oracle

• understand and be sensitive to the way of working within a hospital
