The Schneider Development Program for Finance is designed to facilitate the rapid development of high potential recent university graduates. The development is based upon different Finance disciplines aimed to build Competencies through Education, Experience and Exposure.

During this program you will face 2 rotations (1 per year) with the aim of exposing you to multifunctional teams:

• Commercial Controlling
• COE - FP&A
• GSC Finance
• Treasury

You will be able to gain accelerated expertise, along with the following benefits:

Qualifications

You may apply if:

You are a Recent Graduate (December 2022 - June 2024).

Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics, Data Analysis or other related.

0 - 2 years of experience in the Financial area

You are willing to be relocated (Cd de Mexico, Monterrey, Tlaxcala)

Advanced English level

Remarkable skills such as communication, analytical thinking, problem solver, intuitive and persuasive.
