Summary:
We're seeking a solution-driven, strategic support specialist to provide high-touch service to our most complex and high-value customers. This role blends deep technical expertise with consultative problem-solving and cross-team collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the dedicated support contact for select strategic clients
- Configure advanced product setups for custom workflows and enterprise needs
- Troubleshoot complex issues and guide clients through technical solutions
- Partner with product, engineering, and enablement teams to improve feature adoption
- Lead high-impact projects involving beta features and evolving configurations
- Translate client needs into clear technical requirements and solutions
- Create and deliver training content and documentation tailored to client use cases
Requirements:
- Promotion from Tier 2 with at least 1 year of proven success
- Expertise in configuration tools, issue tracking, and enterprise change management
- Strong skills in advanced troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder reporting
- Experience navigating dynamic, high-risk or custom setups
- Ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day problem solving
