We're Hiring: Infrastructure Monitoring SME (Remote – EST Hours)

We're looking for a technical Infrastructure SME to lead strategic monitoring initiatives across business-critical applications, including Murex, Darwin, and Risk platforms. This role is key in elevating our observability, reliability, and root cause detection efforts. If you have a strong technical background and experience managing infrastructure projects at scale, this role is for you.

Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience in observability and monitoring projects
• Infrastructure project leadership in areas such as:
• Disaster recovery (DR)
• Security hardening & obsolescence
• Vulnerability, patching, monitoring improvements
• Solid technical background (System Engineering, IT Operations, etc.)

What You'll Be Doing

• Collaborate with app teams to identify critical processes for monitoring improvements
• Define actionable monitoring strategies for critical infrastructure
• Lead root cause investigations across applications, servers, and logs
• Build and execute detailed project plans across multiple teams
• Proactively detect and escalate application issues impacting system stability
• Coordinate with global technical teams to ensure successful implementation
