We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and support innovative digital campaigns across major platforms. This role is essential in driving media strategy execution, optimizing campaign performance, and enhancing our presence across digital ecosystems in alignment with global marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead always-on digital campaigns and new product launches across platforms like Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Twitter, ensuring alignment with HQ strategies.
Support local marketing managers in campaign execution and coordination.
Collaborate with HQ to implement digital strategies, monitor KPIs, and provide insights to improve media performance and efficiency.
Create and execute media plans tailored to specific marketing objectives, managing both branding and KOL/content campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on multiple data points.
Identify and engage top local influencers, celebrities, and KOLs. Manage influencer collaborations, including negotiations and content planning.
Supervise additional media channels (OTT platforms, local apps) to maintain campaign consistency and timeliness.
Understand local market needs, especially those of younger audiences, and offer creative input to design teams.
Regularly track campaign data, conduct performance analysis, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
