We invite you to be part of a challenging project where you will be able to lead the optimization of the “Demand & Supply planning” area, sharing your professional experience, providing advice, implementing processes while you interact with the LAM region and USA headquarters. In your role you will have the following responsibilities:
- Work with the different areas (Sales, Marketing, Finance and Regional Demand & Planning) to accomplish the best accuracy possible in the prediction of the demand watching over the fulfillment and continuous improvement of our forecasting process.
- Assure that the demand planning is aligned with the planning of the import of our products to supply our clients.
- Process information and generate presentations for the S&OP process meetings.
- Design and send monthly reports Forecast, Actual Sales, Stocks, DOH, slow-moving among others.
- Analyze monthly the Forecasting KPIs generating added value in the explanation of the deviations which feed the demand provision in the next cycles.
- Assure the organization and management of physical inventories including the supervision of the local warehouse.

- Be willing to MAKE and CREATE – 100% entrepreneur attitude.
- + 3 of experience in Demand Planning – Preferably in massive consumption / retail.
- Competencies: analysis capabilities and problem solving- Organization- Sense of urgency-
- Very Good interpersonal relationships- Team work.
