At KEMET de México we are looking for a Data Builder who can help gather and organize data to update and add to our component database. Build and maintain highly accurate data content about electronic components and powering it with our unique software which “thinks like a Subject Matter Expert”. The result is a suite of tools which bring efficiency to component selection, cross reference, custom spec sheets and quote/Billof-Material processing. This position will work with and report through our team based in Denver, Colorado. Our team creates, manages, and populates all the product content on the YAGEO Group website.

Education & Experience

Bachelor of Science degree- (Engineering, Computer/Technology)

Responsibilities

• Data gathering & preparation for use on YAGEO Group websites (web search and batch collection).
• Use of Excel to organize data gathered in preparation for loading into our production component database.
• Learning about data structure and how to map collected data with existing database data.
• Opportunity to expand, create, and facilitate change to improve the position/processes.
• Working remotely with the data team in Denver, Colorado and locally with the data team in Guadalupe, Nuevo Leon.

Qualifications and Skills

• ?Advanced English level.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Formula creation and manipulation experience.
• Bonus Experience: MS SQL Server, Solid Works/CAD, InDesign.
• Attention to details and accuracy.
• A positive attitude, teachable, and self-motivated.
• Capable of working independently.
• Enjoys new challenges, problem solving.
