IMMEX Operations Supervisor

We're looking for an IMMEX Operations Supervisor with knowledge on IMMEX for our import-export team in Nogales, Sonora.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide direct management and oversight of Transportation & IMMEX operations in Nogales.
• Proactively manage area of responsibility to ensure cost and profitability targets are met.
• Ensure compliance to all laws and regulations (if managing fleet operations, trade, etc.).
• Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, managing and motivating the transportation team
• Ensure KPIs are met and take steps to correct as needed to drive efficiency.
• Provide ongoing thought leadership to drive profitability and growth in the business.
• Responsible for training, troubleshooting, and systems/tools used within the transportation operations & IMMEX Management (Aranxel Professional).
• Coordinates and supervises the daily IMMEX operational activities of business & business transportation support.
• Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors
• Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance and oversight from manager
• Typically does not spend more than 20% of time performing the work supervised.
• Accountable for the results of medium-sized routine support or production operations teams
• Solves problems based on practice and precedent
• Trains team members and provides input to employee performance evaluations

What We're Looking For:

• Typically requires a 4-year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience or advanced degree without experience; or equivalent related experience.
• 5 years of experience with IMMEX Operations.
• People management minimum 2 years of experience
• Fluent in English, all resumes must be provided in this language.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
• Preferable with Aranxel knowledge.

Work Arrangement:

• Fully In Office: Monday-Friday

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$36,833.33 - $59,005.83 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
