Optimize Supply Chain processes and concentrate on planning, implementing and successfully completing projects. Frequent interaction with a variety of internal and external individuals at different levels of the organization for follow up and report progress.
Primary Accountabilities
Plan the project portfolio and monitor progress to make sure that milestones are being met across the various projects and programs.
Develop and design new and improved procedures, processes and tools
Perform research and develop projects to improve current procesess and procedures in the Supply Chain
Coordinate with Stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, Support Areas, End Users, BI and IT to implement new applications or systems
Keep track and do follow up on the operative plan for the Supply Chain area
Develop a periodic status report for all projects, and operative plan to SC directors and vice president
Education & Experience
Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
Area of Study: Business or Engineer
Years of Experience: Three to five years.
Type of Experience: Project Management
Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Advanced English / PMI or equivalent
Other/Preferred: Operation experience
