The Asset Manager plays a vital role in overseeing and optimizing the performance of the organization's real estate assets. This position involves strategic planning, financial analysis, and proactive management to maximize asset value and achieve desired investment outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement asset management strategies tailored to property-specific characteristics and market conditions.
• Conduct regular performance analysis and financial modeling to assess asset valuation, cash flow, and overall performance.
• Collaborate with property management teams to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, including investment committees and senior management.
• Monitor market trends, comparable property performance, and emerging opportunities to inform investment decisions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and lease agreements.
• Oversee capital improvement projects, from budgeting and planning to execution and oversight.
• Negotiate real estate transactions, renew leases, and manage tenant relationships for optimal occupancy.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, tenants, and local authorities to enhance asset performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in asset management or real estate investment.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in financial modeling and cash flow analysis.
• Proficiency in real estate management software and financial analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
