Summary:

We are searching for a Principal Implementation Project Manager to lead complex onboarding initiatives that ensure lasting success for enterprise clients. You'll plan and execute strategic implementation projects, manage cross-functional coordination, and deliver results that align with client goals on time and within scope.

As the main point of contact during onboarding, you'll provide clear guidance, build trust, and deliver executive-ready updates. This role demands deep SaaS expertise, strong communication skills, and a passion for turning complex challenges into seamless execution.

Technical Skills:

• Project management tools (e.g., GuideCX, Monday .com)
• SaaS platform familiarity
• CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
• Advanced data analysis (Excel); Slides and report creation (PowerPoint)
• Documentation tools (e.g., Confluence)
• Video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams)
• File sharing tools (e.g., Google Drive)
• Time tracking and forecasting tools
• Advanced understanding of APIs and integrations
• Digital adoption tools (e.g., Pendo)
• Collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Teams)
• Basic QA/testing familiarity
• Contract interpretation (non-legal)
• Training platform exposure (e.g., LMS systems)

Experience needed:

• 8 - 12+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, project management, client onboarding, or customer success.
• At least 4 years of experience with Enterprise clients
• Experience supporting HCM, HR tech, or other configurable platforms is a plus
• PMP certification
• SHRM certification is a plus
