Key Responsibilities:
Supplier and Client Relationships: Establishing and maintaining business relationships with suppliers and clients.
Material Allocation: Directing the allocation of materials, supplies, and products.
Product Development: Developing high-quality products and ensuring they meet market demands.
Logistics Management: Overseeing logistics, supply chain management, and transportation.
Financial Planning: Managing budgets and financial planning related to supply chain operations.
Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Essential Skills:
Detail-Oriented: Paying close attention to details to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Organizational Skills: Being highly organized to manage multiple tasks and projects.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding logistics, supply chain management, and transportation systems.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve supply chain issues.
Required/Desired Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Logistics, preferably in the automotive industry.
2-3 years in a Management position.
Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
Development of tactical strategies to improve the operation.
Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodology.
