Capgemini Aguascalientes is looking for a Fulfillment Team Leader!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage people in processes such as portfolio share, work allocation, attrition, leaves, etc.
• Manage client escalations and re-prioritizations.
• Assist team-members with exceptional situations or customer escalations.
• Report work to our client as agreed (SLA, KPIs, trackers.)
• Advise alternate suppliers in case of transport refusal.
• Liaise with carriers for any queries or exceptional pick-up processes.
• Ensure end to end delivery of the Last Mile objectives.
• Support delivery fulfillment.
• Control financial accuracy of Last Mile delivery process.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of experience in fulfillment management positions within logistics.
• Strong experience in order management.
• Experience leading teams within the fulfillment and logistics area.
• Previous experience working with SAP, OTM, PEGA, Neo or similar software.
• Background working with fast moving consuming goods is a huge plus.
• Availability to locally work in Aguascalientes.
• Medium - Advanced English proficiency.
