At TAJCO Group, we are looking for a Quality Engineer:

We required as a must:

5 years' experience at the automotive industry as Quality Engineer.

Quality problem solving tools and root cause analysis as core tools certifications for example.

It's preferable if you have competence on:

Quality Audits, Product Audits, Quality complaints response.

IATF certification, as an internal auditor.

Knowlege on welding process or/and metal-mechanics.

Some responsibilities:

Participate in continuous improvement of quality area such as claims, FTT, process audit and measurement process, etc.

Collect/screen quality problems feedback on site and input them into the Quick Response or QRQC list.

Coordinates LPA plan and supervise the implementation, analyze results and implement upgrades.

Quick Response Quality Control (QRQC) problem solving daily/weekly/monthly.

Collect monthly scrap and rework data from the system, coordinate feedback.

Follow up in launching stages for new projects or new processes.

About you:

• QE experience in an automotive in related industry min. 5 years.
• Familiar with automotive industry core 5 tools, understand IATF 16949, VDA6.3.
• Familiar with GD&T, machining, assembly process knowledge, understanding surface treatment plating, painting is perferred.
• Ability to lead 8D/A3 to solve product quality issues with coordinating cross-functional teams, Six-sigma green/black belt is preferred.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

• Intercultural competencies, Communicating Effectively, Delivering High Quality Work.
• Familiar with English - min. B1
