We are hiring an HRIS Analyst to support the administration and optimization of our HR systems, assist in data management and reporting, automate HR processes, and contribute to the implementation of new system functionalities. This role will collaborate closely with the HR, Finance and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, improve system efficiency, and enhance overall HR technology operations in Mexico.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Tress (HCM) system management.
- Leading HRIS and payroll system migration or implementation projects, ensuring data accuracy, process continuity, and stakeholder alignment.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and tax/labor regulations.
- Providing support and training for HRIS system users.
- Improve and automate HR/payroll processes using tools like Excel, Power Automate, or scripts, reducing manual workload and errors.
- Creating and enhancing dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) for HR/Finance partners to support data-driven decisions.
- Assisting in data management and ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Documenting processes, configurations, and system updates to ensure knowledge retention and process efficiency.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT, Legal) to enhance HR technology solutions.
- Participating in audits and internal reviews, ensuring data readiness and compliance.

Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in payroll and HRIS systems (Tress, SAP, SuccessFactors or similar).
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Basic knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and reporting.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience leading or supporting system implementation or migration projects is a plus.
- Strong sense of confidentiality and data integrity.
