What will you do as an Intake Specialist?

You will serve as the first point of contact between our potential clients and our legal team. This role is essential in delivering a warm, clear, and professional experience from the very first interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls to potential clients in both Spanish and English.
• Conduct initial interviews to identify clients' legal needs.
• Accurately enter information into the appropriate platforms.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for legal consultants.
• Confirm scheduled appointments.
• Provide timely follow-up to prospective clients.

Position Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish (REQUIRED).
• Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, sales, or call center roles.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet weekly performance goals.
• Proficiency with digital tools (CRM, Google Workspace, Zoom).
• Professional, empathetic, and client-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to undergo ongoing training in topics assigned by the firm.
• Ability to support and contribute to the team's performance metrics.
• High school diploma required; college-level studies in administrative, legal, or communication fields are a plus.
