Descripción del empleo

• Establish, optimize and streamline production processes of the position.
• Coordinate, plan, control and execute all manufacturing engineering activities for asigned lines or processes.
• Coordinating resources, to achieve budget and production targets in a systematic and documented manner aligned to the Quality System.
• Lead and control action plans for continuous improvement of all manufacturing engineering relevant processes assigned.
• Implementation and stregthening of CBS.
• Provide support to industrialize new business.
• Coordinate all the activities of the ME department
• Coordinate the training of ME staff
• Review and evaluate the job performance of ME staff
• Report to the disciplinary supervisor and functional leader
• Responsible for providing support to industrialize new businesses
• Experience in aluminum and steel tubes, rubber hoses assembly and tools, assembly processes and production> 5 years
• Tube transforming processes such as, End forming, bending, cutting, washing, brazing / welding and assembly
• Optimize and standardize production processes regarding quality, efficiency and capability.
• Coordinate Implementation of newly developed processes (process approvals)
• Carry out time studies to maintain routing and calculations.
• Coordinate Carry out capacity studies.
• Coordinate process documentation such as Standard Work Instruction, PFMEA, PPAP, Flow charts, Routings, Lay out, Technical instructions, operational Instructions, ergonomy
• Support for Product and Process industrialization of new business
• Actively participates in environmental safety and health activities driven by the EHS department
• Participation in the establishment of the documentation of the Security Management System.
• Responsible for demonstrating their commitment to continuous improvement of Occupational Health and Safety performance.
• Compliance with the security requirements applicable to the organization

Requisitos

• English Intermediate-advanced.
• PLC
• Core tools
• IATF 16949, ISO 14001 Standard (
• Knowledge of Environmental Policy, Enviroment, Aspeccts and impacts.
• Environmental management systems and the elements of the ISSO 14001, standards that applies and /or requires to the position
