What will you do? - Elaboration of replenishment dash boards.
- Disponibility analysis at POS level.
- Constraint evaluation and Lost Opportunity prevention or reduction.
- KPI tracking by customer (Sell In, Sell Out, Sell throught, etc.)
- Top sku follow up.
