We are looking for Internal Certification auditor
Profile
?Chemical, food, or related engineering
?Advanced knowledge of the FSSC22000 scheme
?Knowledge of Mexican, USDA, and European Union food regulations
?Experience with root search tools, ISHIKAWA, 8D's, and 5 BECAUSES
?Knowledge of organic certifications (KOSHER, HALAL, and SMETA)
?Intermediate-advanced English required
??Availability to change residence to Sahuayo or Jiquilpan Michoacán??
Position Objective
?The internal auditor provides an independent and objective assessment of an organization's internal control, risk management, and governance systems.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
?Conduct internal audits based on the FSCC22000 framework and other current certifications
?Support client or government audits and client traceability exercises
?Responsible for managing plant document control
?Support with information requests from the sales department
?Update, verify, and validate the HACCP system
?Train internal auditors for FSCC22000
?Collaborate in training focused on quality and safety or food regulatory issues
