Position Summary:
Delegates and monitors the daily operations of different teams, Split workload for different team members , mentors and coaches Commercial Credit Collections team Members, coordinates selection hiring and training of new team members, defines short term and long term objectives for the Collections team, Ensure that different KPI's are met in a daily basis by effectively managing the staff. Will handle both US and Mexico's projects.
Job Responsibilities- Other duties may be assigned:
• 30% Act as a coach and mentor for Team members, providing direction and timely feedback
• 20% Analyses daily Key Performance Indicators and follows up to daily objectives
• 15% Delivers reports to management daily, weekly and monthly in relation to the daily performance of the Commercial Credit teams
• 15% Acts as a point of contact for the Field sales force and DataZone, will interact with Store Managers and District Managers to approve special requirements and sales
• 10% Builds and develops different training for Team Members, related to the Commercial Credit Analysis Program
• 10% Provides and implements constant improvement plans, based in business needs
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has direct reports.
Skills and Requirements:
• A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent in Business Administration. Finance. E- Commerce
• Three to five years of experience in Customer Service & Commercial credit
• Technical Skills: Bilingual, English / Spanish. Previous experience in Collection process. Negotiation skills. People Soft and MS Office proficiency. People Management
• Other/Preferred: Microsoft Project. Cash Applications process knowledge
