We are looking for a Crimp Technology Technician. This position is responsible for coordinating and follow up of all the activities related to evaluation of new products. The vacancy is to be positioned in Cd. Juarez Chih., and will report to Crimp Technology Engineering supervisor.

Your Role

• Attend meeting to follow up status and process of evaluation.
• Documents review and audit final process of evaluation.
• Responsible to summarize monthly validation cost and labor for departmental funding recovery.
• GM representative to stablish critical evaluations and technical support related to the evaluations.
• Creation and administration of shared folders to document deliverables and keep information in regards of the project updated..
• Track and develop time of programs to cover every step of operating system to detect and reflect possible risks to complete CBU launches.
• Assistance to application engineering located in Mexico
• Analysis and validation of general requirements of projects like connectors issues, failures, and improvement process.

Your Background:

• Medium level of English (60%).
• Experience with manufacturing documentation.
• School: Not finished or in process Engineer or similar bachelor degree.
• Ability to Develop and maintain project timelines for internal and customer usage.
• Work with multiple departments.
• Nice to haves (preferred qualifications)
• Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering.
• Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple conflicting tasks, make intelligent, timely decisions and solve problems independently.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
