Job Description
Description of the Job- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs all Procedures, Protocols, Instructions, Standards and Plans within the framework of the company's integrated policies, acts in accordance with the "Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics" and "TPI Management Principles and Ethical Decision MakingDecision-Making System,
Follows, implements, and ensures compliance with instructions, procedures and notifications on health, safety, environment and security,
Ensures that the objectives and targets within the scope of the QMS policy are achieved,
Ensures corrective and preventive measures at his/her unit when necessary,
Ensures the execution of activities under the department in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Management Systems,
Attends Participate in risk management activities to identify the potential risk from NDT in terms of quality & delivery and communicate with manager to take necessary action informs his/her manager on possible elements of risk,
Performs all Procedures, Protocols, Instructions, Standards and Plans within the framework of the company's integrated policies, acts in accordance with the "Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics" and "TPI Management Principles and Ethical Decision-Making System",
Follows, implements, and ensures compliance of instructions, procedures and notifications on health, safety, environment, and security. Ensures coordination and standardization of his/her processes at TPI companies. Is responsible for improvement and development of these processes.

Responsible to handle the team of NDT personals and ensure their objectives and task allocations agreed with department manager.
Annually agrees with the department manager on his/her own objectives based on the performance evaluation program and plan works accordingly,
Oversees preparation of reports for evaluation and control of errors after ultrasonic control and distribution to the relevant departments,Responsible to ensure all the NDT reports are reviewed and approved by qualified personals.
Ensures filing and maintenance of UT test records, reports and other documents and shares with customers when necessary. Responsible of the NDT reports are easily available and traceable.
In all project matters related with the quality department, provides the technical reports and the information flow which other departments, senior management and other TPI operations
Responsible to support Engineering and RCA team and provide the reliable NDT data with respective team
Responsible to maintain the skill matrix of NDT personnels based on their performance & knowledge and conduct the periodic training if necessary.
Education:
At least a university degree from one of the Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy Engineering, or Industrial Engineering departments. Preferably certified from a Nondestructive Inspection course or an internal training, minimum Level 2.
Work Experience:
Preferably minimum 5 years of experience in Nondestructive Inspection, experience on composite manufacturing processes will be an asset. (Preferably Level III).
