PROPOSITO DE LA POSICION

Descripción de puesto
Asegurar la calidad del producto a través del control del proceso de ensamble y de acuerdo con los estándares establecidos, siguiendo los procesos y procedimientos del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad.

ACTIVIDADES PRINCIPALES

• Revisión de equipo de protección personal.
• Interpretación de Instrucciones de trabajo.
• Interpretación de documentos de ingeniería.
• Participar en juntas de comunicación diaria.
• Realizar proceso de 5's.
• Interpretación del Billete de materiales.
• Llenar el formato del Control Plan.
• Realizar auditorías aleatorias al proceso de ensamble.
• Registro de auditorías en SAP QM.
• Captura en Infinity QS para el control estadístico del proceso.
• Interpretación de códigos serials y QS.
• Realizar la liberación de producto terminado.
• Llenar formas para la identificación de material.
• Establecer criterios geométricos de aceptación.
• Realizar categorización de pruebas (detección y destructivas).
• Participación en procesos de auditoría interna/externa.
• Cumplir con los procedimientos y protocolos de seguridad y medio ambiente.
• Participar en los cursos de capacitación y actualización para su desarrollo de acuerdo con la matriz de entrenamiento de su puesto.
• Participar en los análisis de investigaciones de incidentes relacionados a la calidad del producto, de seguridad y salud e impacto al medio ambiente.
• Usar el EPP.
• Reportar cualquier acto y/o condición que pudiera poner en riesgo su vida y la de sus compañeros.

REQUERIMIENTOS

Educación requerida: Secundaria Terminada.

Experiencia de trabajo requerida: Conocimiento de instrumentación de calidad, interpretación de dibujos, manejo de ayudas visuales.

Habilidades y conocimiento requerido: Interpretación de GD&T (deseable), Electrónica básica, Computación.
