Position Summary:

The purpose of COS LAR Agent is to place sales orders in SAP and C4C program systems, for Medical Equipment, and consumables for Dental, NDT products, analog/digital products, from domestic customers. The objective is to generate a purchased/billing.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist incoming calls to BOC from external customers in search of supplies for their radiographic equipment.
• Maintain fluid communication with the customer whenever necessary through outgoing calls. Orient or process internal or external customer's inquiries who ask for support.
• Understand and interpreting customer's necessities.
• Provide internal and external customer satisfaction with continuing effort to improve our services.
• Timely response for all customers inquires.
• Review open orders in system to detect some abnormality and help to release them from the system.
• Follow up on customer's complaints helping in the investigation, gather the necessary information until resolution and credit customer.
• Update of the essential information files needed for the department's reports.
• Be aware of all the internal processes necessary to fulfill in the best way all the purchase requisitions of our external customers.
• Meet team metrics and service levels

Required Skills & Education:

• Excellent communication skills speaking & written Customer oriented service
• Interpersonal skills (Analytical Thinking, Problem solving and proactive thinking, Teamwork) Customer friendly
• English 80% (Spoken & Written) Computer skills
• Able to work at hybrid model (home and office)

Desired Skills:

• 1 year experience as a Customer Service Agent or similar
• Bachelor Degree as International Commerce
• Portuguese speaker
• SAP or similar ERP
