We are looking for an experienced and driven Automation Engineer to modernize our operations across FC NAFTA plants. If you're passionate about technology, project execution, and continuous improvement, we want to meet you!

What You'll Do

• Lead automation projects end-to-end: concept, design, execution, and post-installation.
• Identify improvement opportunities across manufacturing and maintenance systems.
• Ensure compliance with global standards while introducing local innovation.
• Analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and apply statistical methods for decision-making.
• Train plant personnel and develop maintenance plans for new systems.
• Actively contribute to cross-regional collaboration and share best practices.
• Support problem-solving, product transfers, and cost-reduction initiatives.

What You Bring

• Engineering degree (Mechatronics or Automation preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in automation roles within manufacturing environments.
• Programming knowledge in PC, PLC, CNC, Level 1 & 2 systems.
• Experience with robotics, network systems, CAD, Minitab, MS Office.
• Strong skills in problem-solving, data analysis, and project management.
• Fluent English (oral and written) – at least 90%.
