Position Summary:

Guarantee the growth of the business by planning investment projects that ensure world-class products and manufacturing processes, managing to offer the desired quality according to the requirements of our clients, optimizing resources in the best possible way, adhering to the strategy of business.

Functions:

• Actively participate in the fulfillment of the business strategy established by the division.
• Plan and coordinate the execution of the plant technology map.
• Coordinate the implementation of the investment projects of the plant.
• Coordinate the implementation of continuous improvement projects, ensuring the use of lean tools working in cross-functional teams.
• Actively participate in troubleshooting the plant.
• Ensure the implementation of customer specifications in production areas to ensure that products and processes meet customer requirements.
• Develop and train the Engineering, Maintenance team.
• Plan the execution of the standard work systems of the plant.
• Guarantee the correct control of department documents to comply with the standards of our clients.
• Coordinate the execution of the manufacturing samples of new products.
• Research and develop new suppliers of equipment, tools, building and consulting.
• Provide support to our clients' auditing agencies for compliance with quality standards.
• Provide fast and accurate response to the business units of the division when required.
• Ensure the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance of the machines.
• Ensure that the equipment meets the requirements of ergonomics, safety, efficiency, and optimal conditions to ensure good quality products.
• Optimize department resources.
• Provide excellent service to internal and external clients.
• Support safety compliance procedures, including brigades, safety committees, etc.

Qualifications:

• ?Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• More than 5 years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing, experience in project management, personnel management.
