We are currently seeking a Testing Engineering Senior Specialist to join our team in Queretaro, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).

• Coordinates analysis of the overall interface solution related to interfacing between HIE and various hospital information management systems, laboratory information systems, electronic health record systems, interface engines and any other third-party applications.
• Coordinate with various EHR vendors for obtaining Statements of Work, with Development and with Testing to deliver interfaces.
• Responsible for Gap Analysis and Specifications build for HL7 Interface connections (HL7 V2 and CCD V3).
• Translate high-level specifications for software components into program specifications.
• Troubleshooting and analysis of HL7 and CCDA interface issues before and after Go-live.
• Maintain project documentation in accordance with Providence standards.
• Interfaces directly with Clinical to resolve Production Technical issues.
• Analyzes and resolves all HL7 message data issues, and any interface failures between systems.
• Identify System issues and risks and handle them in a manner that mitigates the risks to quality and system uptime.
• Work as liaison and Project coordinator between all teams - Client Relations, Implementation, Development and Q/A.
• Interact with business users and stakeholders to define current and future interface requirements.
• Work with different vendors to identify innovative ways of sharing data for e.g. REST API, File drop etc.
• Research complex interface problems discovered by QA or product support and provide solutions to the problems.
• Understand and interpret HL7 implementation guides and message types (ADT, ORU, ORM, CCD etc.) for clinical data exchange.
• Ensure that all project tasks are assigned and that tasks are completed on schedule.
• Assist with Implementation of new integrations and functionality within InterSystems HealthShare suite.
• Develops and documents unit test cases to validate software and configuration changes.
• Assists with and perform testing including Unit Testing, UAT, Integrated and Functional testing.
• Work with vendors to define standard protocols how data will be transmitted for e.g. TCP/IP, SFTP, APIs etc.
• Supports all SDLC activities in accordance with industry best practices and product lifecycle processes.
• Problem solving and analysis: utilize effective and creative problem-solving techniques within standard information systems best practices to develop quality solutions and resolve problems.
• Provides technical expertise and direction to define, analyze, refine and validate requirements, problem identification, and issue resolution.
• Co-ordinate with EMR Vendors, Business holders & Stakeholders and coordinate Go live activities.
• Complete various special projects as assigned, sometimes unrelated to main job responsibilities
