The Job:
As a Packaging Engineer, you'll be part of our Product Lifecycle Engineering team working as a on-site employee. You'll get to:
· Develop and implement packaging designs and solutions that improve production efficiency while reducing costs
· Identify opportunities for process improvement, waste reduction, and cost savings in the packaging operations
· Conduct packaging material testing and evaluation to ensure compliance with company and industry standards
· Work closely with production teams to troubleshoot packaging issues and implement corrective actions
· Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source and evaluate packaging materials and equipment
The Person:

· Professional career in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in packaging engineering or a related field, with a focus on packaging operations and/or productivity improvement.
· Strong understanding of packaging materials, design principles, and production assembly processes
· Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements
· Experience with packaging machinery and equipment
· English 80%
