Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Testing Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Test Engineering Manager, this role involves responsibilities for implementing and maintaining cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems, software, and/or equipment.

What a typical day looks like:

• May develops or use computer software and hardware to conduct tests on electronic products and systems or software.
• Resolves test yield problems by performing evaluation of root causes, developing and coordinating corrective action measures and monitoring improvements.
• Responsible for test plan development and scripting as part of technical test engineering support.
• Interfaces and confers with scientific, engineering and technical personnel to resolve testing problems such as product or system malfunctions, incomplete test data, data interpretation or coding issues.
• Focused on new projects Setup and Sustaining.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics.
• Experience in similar position in manufacturing environment.
• Advanced English level.
• Test instrumentation experience.
• ICT / FT / 5DX management.
• Experience developing /modifies test programs using various languages (C#, Java, Lab View Perl, Python or others).
• Strong experience and knowledge using flying probe test system.
• Experience in AXI and AOI, KY.
• Basic knowledge of C/C++ scripting, familiarity with the MatLab and LabView test stand software platforms and other software skills such as Python.
