Objective: To design and develop innovative architectural structures that meet standards of functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability, ensuring the quality and efficiency of Premium projects.
Responsibilities:
- Design innovative concepts for architectural spaces based on client needs.
- Create plans, models, and 3D renderings using specialized software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
- Propose creative solutions that integrate industrial design and architecture.
- Research design trends, materials, and technologies applicable to industrial design and architecture, assessing the technical and economic feasibility of projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in the development and optimization of prototypes, coordinating the project's structural design.
- Oversee the selection of materials and construction processes, ensuring quality at every stage.
- Plan and coordinate the different phases of the project, from design to execution, making adjustments and optimizations during the design and construction process.
- Ensure that designs comply with local and international safety and sustainability regulations.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients, justifying design decisions in terms of aesthetics, functionality, and cost-benefit.
Requirements:
- Intern or Graduate in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- Intermediate conversational English.
- At least five years of experience in industrial or architectural design.
- Experience in developing projects that combine aspects of design, engineering, and architecture is essential.
- Proficiency in design and 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Revit.
- Advanced knowledge of materials and equipment, as well as familiarity with construction and sustainability regulations.
