About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and bilingual Automotive Mechanic with a strong administrative mindset. This unique position blends hands-on mechanical work with office-based responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both technical tasks and structured, computer-based work. You'll be responsible not only for diagnosing and repairing vehicles, but also for managing service records, communicating with customers in English, and ensuring accurate digital documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in a variety of vehicles.
• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in English, explaining technical issues and repair options.
• Use diagnostic tools and software to identify vehicle problems.
• Accurately document all work performed using a computer system.
• Assist in managing service schedules, parts inventory, and customer records.
• Support the front office with administrative tasks related to vehicle service and customer follow-up.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an automotive mechanic or technician.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) for customer interaction.
• Fast and accurate typing skills for entering service reports and managing digital records.
• Comfortable working with computers and administrative systems.
• Familiarity with automotive diagnostic tools and repair software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
