The Millwright is responsible for performing industrial mechanical maintenance and basic electrical troubleshooting to ensure the safe and efficient operation of machinery such as pumps, conveyors, cranes, compressors and other complex equipment. The role requires interpreting technical drawings, working with heavy equipment and supporting production through high-reliability practices.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Perform mechanical maintenance on industrial equipment and systems.
• Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Read and interpret technical manuals and equipment drawings.
• Install, repair and maintain components such as: pumps, valves, compressors, conveyors and cranes.
• Operate forklifts, man lifts and mobile cranes safely.
• Support production and maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain housekeeping standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Maintenance Engineering or closely related field and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Knowledge of engineering and maintenance principles.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Experience with mechanical systems: pumps, valves, compressors, conveyors, cranes.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts, man lifts, and mobile cranes.
• Strong commitment to safety and reliability.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
