Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP PM projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful execution.

• Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, budgeting, and governance across multiple projects.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and deliver solutions that align with strategic objectives.

• Ensure seamless communication among cross-functional teams, senior management, and clients through regular status updates and progress reports.

• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to project timelines.

• Drive SAP SD and SAP MM module integration within SAP HANA implementation projects.

• Oversee quality assurance and adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget.

• Establish and maintain best practices for project execution, ensuring compliance with PMP methodology.

Job Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in SAP PMO project management.

• Strong expertise in SAP SD and SAP MM modules with experience in SAP HANA implementation projects.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale IT programs using PMP methodology.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.

• Experience in managing multi-functional teams and handling enterprise-wide digital transformation projects.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills to ensure optimal project performance.

• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and drive innovation within project teams.
