How You'll make your mark:
You'll be working with a range of Global Operations business teams and IT to help better serve our business customers as they embark on the journey to transform their enterprises in the RPA Automation domain.
- The Developer is responsible for coding the automation process components as per the Technical Design Document.
- Develop and configure the automation of processes as per the 'Technical Design Document' to meet the defined requirements
- Develop new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand
- The Developer will also validate the automation by performing appropriate unit testing, ensuring configuration control is maintained at all time
- Work collaboratively with Test teams during the system test and UAT phases to fix assigned defects
- Proactive and quick to deliver tasks at high quality
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Systems or equivalent
- Expertise in multiple software systems design tools and languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Software systems testing methodology, including writing and execution of test plans, debugging and testing scripts and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery of English and local language. Ability to effectively communicate ideas and implementations with PMs, architects & senior developers.
- Expertise in object-oriented programming languages, Java, data structures, Selenium, Python, Computer Vision
- Exposure to RPA tools (WorkFusion) is desirable.
- Positive attitude with a high learning appetite.
- Advanced English Language Proficiency
- Effective communication - good articulation and comprehension skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
