How You'll make your mark:

You'll be working with a range of Global Operations business teams and IT to help better serve our business customers as they embark on the journey to transform their enterprises in the RPA Automation domain.

• The Developer is responsible for coding the automation process components as per the Technical Design Document.
• Develop and configure the automation of processes as per the 'Technical Design Document' to meet the defined requirements
• Develop new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand
• The Developer will also validate the automation by performing appropriate unit testing, ensuring configuration control is maintained at all time
• Work collaboratively with Test teams during the system test and UAT phases to fix assigned defects
• Proactive and quick to deliver tasks at high quality

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Systems or equivalent
• Expertise in multiple software systems design tools and languages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Software systems testing methodology, including writing and execution of test plans, debugging and testing scripts and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery of English and local language. Ability to effectively communicate ideas and implementations with PMs, architects & senior developers.
• Expertise in object-oriented programming languages, Java, data structures, Selenium, Python, Computer Vision
• Exposure to RPA tools (WorkFusion) is desirable.
• Positive attitude with a high learning appetite.
• Advanced English Language Proficiency
• Effective communication - good articulation and comprehension skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
