We're looking for a Cloud Engineer / DevOps – Technical Manager with deep Azure expertise to lead migration, automation, and continuous improvement projects — with a 100% strategic and consultative mindset.

?? What You'll Do

? Design and implement secure, modern Azure infrastructures

? Lead complex migrations (on-prem to cloud, cross-cloud)

? Automate processes using DevOps best practices (CI/CD, IaC)

? Partner with clients with both technical and business acumen

? Mentor and lead your technical team as a trusted advisor

? Ensure every solution is efficient, scalable, and outcome-driven

?? Tech You Should Master

• Azure Cloud (core services, governance, cost optimization)

• Terraform, scripting (Python, Bash or PowerShell)

• Docker/Kubernetes, microservices, orchestration

• CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)

• Monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana

• Cloud security, automation, ITSM

• Bonus: Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Kafka

?? Your Ideal Profile

• 5+ years in Cloud / DevOps technical roles

• 3+ years leading tech teams or complex initiatives

• Strong consultative mindset with client-first focus

• Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making

• Excellent communication skills (Advanced English required)

• Experience in highly regulated or high-volume industries (Banking is a big plus!)
