We're looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to represent American Cable Company in Mexico and Texas, manage relationships with our existing customers and clients, and drive our marketing initiatives to grow our business with new customers. Our products are wire harnesses, battery cables, ground straps, control boxes, and components.?

Position Overview:

?As the Area Sales Manager, you will be the public-facing factory representative responsible for building strong relationships with our existing clients. You will develop and execute strategies, oversee marketing activities to ensure a cohesive message, and represent American Cable Company in Mexico and Texas. Your leadership will enhance brand awareness and position us as a leader in the electrical harness, battery cable, ground strap, control boxes, and component market.

Key Responsibilities:?

• Conduct market research and analyze sales trends to stay ahead of industry developments.?

• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team.?

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.?

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and production, to ensure brand alignment.?

• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital and event marketing.?

• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to enhance brand visibility.?

• Monitor the performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.?

• Proven experience in a sales leadership role and management, preferably in the wire harness industry.?

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.?

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with our customers.?

• Strong understanding of marketing principles.?

• Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms.?
