We are looking talents for our Consumer Health business for the position of:
Regulatory Affairs Innovation Specialist - Pharmaceutical (Temporary)
Non-Management position
Start date: As soon as possible.
Location: Huixquilucan, Estado de México.
Work schedule: full-time position.
Profile: A minimum of Scientific bachelor's degree in Life-Science (pharmacy, medicine, chemistry, biology, etc.).
Qualifications: Regulatory experience (1-3 years) preferably in consumer health and preferably across multiple regulatory classification areas (medicines, medical devices, health care, etc.)
The PHC strategic priorities includes four core categories of products with both Global Brand Franchises and Regional Product Portfolios across Nerve Care, Pain, Vitamins, Cough & Cold and Digestive. Products within these portfolios include medicines, food supplements, medical devices, vitamins, health food and cosmetics categories.
Overall job description:
The P&G Health strategic priorities includes four core categories of products with both Global Brand Franchises and Regional Product Portfolios across Nerve Care, Pain, Vitamins and Cough & Cold. Products within these portfolios include medicines, food supplements, medical devices, vitamins, health food and cosmetics. The Global Regulatory Innovation and Strategy Team (I&S) has a temporal position to support regulatory activities in Latinamerica (LA).
We need a passionate professional to temporarily assist for 11 months the RA (Regulatory) team on activities related to innovation, including category and competitor analysis, review technical information, prepare regulatory databases feasibility assessment, understanding LA Healthcare market from regulatory perspective, and tasks related to dossier preparation & review.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with researching regulatory classification of existing Healthcare products in LA leveraging public Board of Health data / websites, market, Mintel, etc.
- Execute internal RA Innovation activities within the assigned projects. This might include A) review draft Artwork text, B) contribute to finalize internal guidelines, C) print information, D) support Local RA (when needed), E) Follow up multifunctional technical team regarding technical documentation readiness, F) keep RA dossier database updated (open Reg Objectives, applications within the defined internal system, etc.)
- Assist to develop / update regulatory databases.
- Assist on administrative tasks.

Job Qualifications
- A minimum of Scientific bachelor's degree in Life-Science (pharmacy, medicine, chemistry, biology, etc.)
- English Intermediate
- Regulatory experience (1-3 years) preferably in consumer health and preferably across multiple regulatory classification areas (food supplements, medicines, medical devices, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and presentation skills, both orally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to handle competing priorities effectively with good planning and communication skills.
- Strong initiative and follow-through with accountability for work quality
- Results oriented and self-motivating with an ability to influence others.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently in a matrix environment to build superior relationships with stakeholders
- Result oriented and self-motivating.
- Openness to change and ability to think out of the box.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI is added value.
