A Latin American company specialized in business/customer relations through Contact Center operations.


Position: Bilingual Talent Acquisition Manager



Objective:


  • Ensure high-volume candidate recruitment for the contact center by building a strong team that contributes to the long-term growth and sustainability of the company.



Profile:


  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry and in a managerial position.
  • Knowledge of the labor market and talent acquisition trends.
  • English level: B2+ to C1.


Responsibilities:


  • Attract high-volume candidates for contact center positions nationwide.
  • Develop recruitment strategies: Design and implement effective strategies using various sources and methods to achieve broad candidate coverage.
  • Employer branding: Promote the company as an attractive place to work by highlighting its values, benefits, and development opportunities.
  • Analyze and track metrics: Continuously evaluate the performance of recruitment efforts through key indicators.



?Knowledge Required:


  • Job boards (OCC, Computrabajo, Indeed, Pandapé, Talenteca)
  • Free job posting platforms
  • Strong expertise in social media management
  • Content publishing on different social media platforms
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency
  • Awareness of competitors and industry landscape


Skills:


  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and create reports
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Leadership and motivational skills for managing recruitment teams
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities


Work Schedule:


  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Net base salary of $40,000 - $50,000 MXN, negotiable based on experience
  • Quarterly bonus, up to one month's salary based on performance
