The IT Data analytics Analyst is responsible to deliver operational reports, tools and analytics to business stakeholders under direct supervision of the IT BRM; primarily in PHINIA San Luis Potosi plant.

Key responsibilities

• To be able to communicate and follow the standards and recommendations with the PHINIA Global Data Analytics support team.
• Managing analytics projects from start to finish (data integration, analysis, reporting).
• Working closely with the business team leads areas to solve statistical business problems.
• Support with policies and procedure updates and storage
• Developing and coding new algorithms to meet specific business needs.
• Carrying out statistical research, prototyping new systems, and finding new ways of gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data.
• Managing, maintaining, and developing the organization's data platform using Power BI.
• Consulting with internal teams to determine their ongoing business needs, and to find solutions for them.
• Actively working to identify improvements to internal processes and help the business to measure correctly KPI's.
• Provide day-to-day IT support with dashboards and reporting
• Ability to lead teams in researching or solving business-critical problems.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience with Power BI 3-5 years
• Advanced English required
• Good experience with dashboards and reporting
• Good EXCEL skills such as Macros.
• Communication Skills: Able to effectively communicate to stakeholders and the IT global support team.
• Problem-Solving: Analyze data trends and propose solutions to create more revenue by reducing waste.
• Time Management: Work on projects prioritizing tasks.
• Qualifications: Self-driven, Organized, Teamwork oriented & Leadership skills.
